Refund/Return Request Details
Our 100% Money Back Guarantee is limited to the following:
You must submit your request for a refund to Avanti Logistics, Inc. in writing. Your request must be postmarked from the original purchase date within the following timeframe based on the quantity of your order as follows:
3-month supply - Postmarked no more than 90 days from original date of purchase
6-month supply - Postmarked no more than 180 days from original date of purchase
9-month supply - Postmarked no more than 270 days from original date of purchase
*Any additional supplies that may be provided as part of a discounted or free promotion contained in your original order do not extend the timeframe limitations listed above for return requests.

In order to receive a refund, you must return the unused product within the specified timeframe alloted above. All refunds will be for the full product purchase price less any shipping and handling charges for delivery or return of the product and applicable sales taxes. Avanti Logistics, Inc. and CellStim-H are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred in returning the product. Re-orders of the CellStim-H product void the refund policy on the original order.

Avanti Logistics, Inc. is not responsible for any return requests that are not received and cannot be traced as received through signature proof of delivery by your selected return carrier.
